Tóm tắt những đóng góp mới của luận án:
- Vấn đề mới của đề tài là đánh giá được giá trị của presepsin trong chẩn đoán nguyên nhân và tiên lượng ở bệnh nhân sốc nhiễm khuẩn thực hiện ở Việt Nam. Kết quả nghiên cứu của luận án có thể ứng dụng ở các bệnh viện nhằm nâng cao kết quả điều trị giảm tỷ lệ tử vong. Kết quả nghiên cứu có ý nghĩa khoa học và độ tin cậy cao.
- Là nghiên cứu đầu tiên ở Việt Nam về vai trò của presepsin huyết tương trong chẩn đoán cũng như tiên lượng bệnh nhân nhiễm khuẩn nặng và sốc nhiễm khuẩn. Do vậy đề tài đáp ứng tính mới, khoa học, cập nhật, cấp thiết hiện nay ở nước ta. Từ đó cho phép khuyến cáo sử dụng presepsin như là một công cụ chẩn đoán theo dõi, tiên lượng nhiễm khuẩn nặng và sốc nhiễm khuẩn.

Summary of new main scinetific contribution of the thesis:
- The new issue of the thesis: assess the value of presepsin in diagnosis of causes and prognosis in patients with septic shock in Vietnam. Results ofthis research can be applied in hospitals to improve treatment results to reduce mortality. Research results have scientific significance and high reliability
- The first study in Vietnam on the role of plasma presepsin in diagnosis as well as the prognosis of patients with severe infections and septic shock. Therefore, the topic meets the new, scientific, updated and urgent issues in our country. Thereby allowing the use of presepsin as a diagnostic diagnostic tool, severe infection prognosis and septic shock.
